Jiangsu Duoling Food Technology Co., Ltd.'s comprehensive utilization of waste heat and waste pressure resources is progressing smoothly!
After long-term follow-up and work, in October 2017, our company Anhui Yuteshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Duoling Food Technology Co., Ltd. signed an energy management project for comprehensive utilization of waste heat and waste pressure resources.
This project uses a high-efficiency small and micro backpressure generator set to replace the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, and uses the pressure difference to do work to generate clean electricity while ensuring the stability of steam used in subsequent production processes. All power production of the project is for production and consumption by the owner. After the project is completed, the power station is a self-produced power station and is not connected to the grid. It is a comprehensive resource utilization nature that is strongly supported and encouraged by the government.
The original steam pressure is 2.6 MPa, the temperature is224~228The medium-pressure saturated steam at ℃ is used for steam for subsequent production processes after the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device is used to produce energy waste. The steam rated pressure required for subsequent production is0.8MA, fluctuation range:0.4~0.8 MPa, the temperature is170The low-pressure saturated steam at ℃ is directly supplied to the subsequent production process through the implementation of this project.
