1. 2. The whole forged rotor assembly structure adopts integral forged parts for the rotor, which is a forged steel rotor. The impeller and shaft are integrated to increase operational safety and stability. Optimize blade profile and synchronize with partition.

3. The diameter of the rotor decreases, the length of the blades increases, and various contact clearances are further compressed to reduce steam leakage. The maximum amount of work done by steam is maximized, thereby achieving high efficiency and increased electricity under the same working conditions.

4. Equipped with a cylinder sleeve structure, the cylinder sleeve is basically of the casting or forging type, reinforced with a partition sleeve, and works in conjunction with newly added pressure stages, partitions, etc., with the aim of increasing the working airtightness of the new pressure stage, reducing air leakage and enhancing operational safety, and improving the unit's work capacity.

5. The extended and encrypted comb tooth steam seal has been increased to 45 teeth on the basis of the original 36 teeth, while the tooth height has been increased, effectively reducing steam leakage. Compared with similar domestic units, it can improve efficiency by more than 10-30%, with small volume and small footprint. The optimization of the flow structure enables the unit to produce more output and work under the same operating conditions, resulting in energy-saving and economic benefits; The economic and social benefits are both considerable, with individual project investments ranging from 6 to 15 million yuan.
