SPIC Holds 2026 Planning and Development Work Conference

On February 25, State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) held its 2026 Planning and Development Work Conference at its headquarters. The conference reviewed the achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan period and 2025 planning and development work, and mapped out key tasks for the 15th Five-Year Plan period and 2026. Xu Shubiao, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of SPIC, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Chen Haibin, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Vice President of SPIC, presided over the conference.

The conference pointed out that the group’s planning and development work achieved remarkable results in 2025, successfully fulfilling the goals of the 14th Five-Year Plan and solidly advancing the implementation of the “Balanced Growth Strategy”. As the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, 2026 is crucial for further implementing the Balanced Growth Strategy. All subsidiaries and departments must firmly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, fully assess the new situation, and fully advance all tasks of planning and development in 2026, so as to lay a solid foundation for a high-quality start of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

During the conference, the Strategic Development Department interpreted the key points of the group’s effective investment expansion and planning and development work for 2026. The Economic Research Institute analyzed the development trend of the “consumer side”. Seven second-tier subsidiaries delivered exchange speeches.

The conference was held both offline and via video conference. Nong Gang, Lin Hua, Zhang Zhen, Assistants to the General Manager and Chief Specialists of SPIC, as well as leading officials of relevant headquarters departments and second-tier subsidiaries, attended the conference.
