The cooperative unit, Xiaoyi Xing'an Chemical Co., Ltd., has an 8MW high-temperature and high-pressure backpressure turbine unit. Model: B8-8.83/6.7∥535, the inlet pressure reaches 92 kg, the back-pressure exhaust pressure reaches 67 kg, and the high back pressure parameters are rare in China, and the design and production indicator requirements are very high.

Since the turbine was put into production earlier, the flow structure is relatively simple and the efficiency is low, the actual steam consumption value of the turbine is high. Our company efficiently transforms the steam turbine to improve operating efficiency and reduce steam consumption, so that the unit can produce more force, do more work, and generate more power while consuming the same amount of steam, creating energy-saving benefits.

After the efficient transformation of our company, the impeller of the unit flow structure is configured as 3 levels, which is 2 levels higher than the original unit. Under the same working conditions, the unit's operating vapor consumption value before the transformation is 83kg/kw.h, the transformation target is 50.25kg/kw.h, the energy-saving efficiency ratio reaches 39.46%, the energy-saving power is 2827kw/h, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours, and the electricity price is 0.5 yuan/kw.h. The annual energy-saving economic benefits are no less than 11.308 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are very considerable.

At present, all project construction work is progressing smoothly, and the cylinders, rotors, partitions, blades and other sleeves are being produced and processed in an orderly manner. It is expected that the transformation will be completed in August and the grid will be connected to the grid to produce electricity.
