At 0:00 on May 3, 2021, the 12MW waste heat and waste pressure resource comprehensive utilization power generation EPC project of Jinneng Group Henan Tianqing Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., which was built in May 3, 2021, successfully passed the 168 aging operation acceptance, and the project was officially handed over to the owner.
In order to consume and utilize Tianqing Company's low-voltage rich steam, this project is equipped with a 12MW high-efficiency low-pressure condensation steam turbine generator set to produce electricity while doing work and return condensate to use it. In accordance with the contract, our company is responsible for the entire design, production, supply, installation and commissioning of high-efficiency turbine units, and simultaneously undertakes the EPC construction general contracting service for the matching and installation and commissioning of the entire system of generator sets, electrical control, electrical instruments, etc.
The project entered the 168-hour aging operation period from 0:00 on April 26, 2021, and ended at 0:00 on May 3. During the operation parameters, the two parties participated in the test together. The main parameters are as follows:
Total main steam flow: 10185.21T; Total power generation: 1609200 kilowatts/hour; power generation load: average 9578kw/h; main steam pressure: average 0.59Mpa; main steam temperature: average 205 degrees; vacuum degree: average - 0.093Mpa; average steam consumption: 6.329kg/kwh; time: 0:00 on April 26 to 0:00 on May 3, a total of 168 hours.
Conclusion: The actual operating steam consumption value of the unit is 6.329kg/kwh. In the working condition where the average inlet temperature is only 205 degrees, which is far lower than the design parameter 230 degrees (25 degrees low, the enthalpy value is used to work, affecting efficiency), the actual steam consumption value is still far lower than the agreed value of the project contract 6.55kg/kwh. The unit operation is stable and stable, and all technical and economic indicators have achieved the contract agreement and the expected results of the project, and the energy-saving and economic and social benefits are very significant.
