At 15:38 pm on January 23, 2025, the energy-saving technical transformation project of Guangxi Tiandong Jinsheng Chemical 10MW high temperature ultra-high pressure high backpressure steam turbine unit was successfully connected to the grid at one time. The unit model of this project is B10-13.1/6.9//535, the inlet pressure reaches 13.1MPa, and the exhaust pressure reaches 6.9MPa. The high inlet and exhaust pressure and the high technical difficulty are both rare in the same industry in China. This unit adopts high-efficiency models, multi-stage pressure and cylinder-shell structures, and is equipped with a special patented steam seal, which has the excellent characteristics of high internal efficiency, low steam consumption, safety and stability, and quick start.

The design, production and supply cycle of this project is 165 days, the installation and commissioning period is 50 days, and the total construction period is 215 days. After scientific allocation and precise node control, all work is completed with quality and quantity within the agreed period, laying a solid foundation for the successful start-up and grid connection of this one-time start-up and rotation, and has been highly praised and praised by the owner unit.
