Two 2.1MW steam-drag water pumps, electric-to-steam energy-saving technical transformation projects, have officially passed the project acceptance

Recently, the top 500 Chinese enterprises built by our company through EPC construction general contracting, Xiaoyi Xing'an Chemical Co., Ltd. and Cayman (Shaan County) Energy Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd., two 2.1MW steam-drag water pumps, electric-to-steam energy-saving technical transformation projects, officially passed the project acceptance.

Both projects use a high-efficiency backpressure unit with an installed power of 2.1MW, to replace the original motor to drive the water supply pump, consume 6.2MPa high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and to perform work efficiently through the unit pressure difference and energy cascade utilization to create energy saving benefits, the steam pressures of the unit backpressure outlet are 0.981MPa and 0.785MPa respectively, which are used to supply steam demand for subsequent production processes.

Our company is responsible for the design and production of efficient units in these two projects, combined with supporting DEH, TSI, ETS, DCS systems, and is responsible for the construction of the entire thermal pipeline network and the installation and commissioning of the project. It strictly implements various technical and economic indicators such as construction period and quality in accordance with the contract, and has been highly praised by users.

The two projects have been put into production normally. It is expected that each project can create annual energy-saving benefits of no less than 7.2 million yuan, and annually, it can save 14.4 million kilowatt-hours of power consumption of the original motor, save 4,320 tons of standard coal, reduce emissions of 36.7 tons of sulfur dioxide, 32 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 1,209.6 tons of dust. The energy-saving and economic benefits of the two projects and the results of energy-saving and emission reduction are very significant.
