The energy-saving technology transformation and efficiency improvement contract contract energy management project of Shanxi Senze Coal and Aluminum Group 12MW backpressure 1# unit successfully passed the project acceptance and energy saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 34.1%, far exceeding the contract agreement.

Our company has fully invested and implemented the contract energy management project of Shanxi Senze Coal and Aluminum Group's 12MW backpressure 1# unit energy-saving technology transformation and efficiency improvement contract energy management project in Shanxi Senze Coal and Aluminum Group in its contract energy management model. Since the start-up and rotation and successful connection of the grid on May 19, 2022, all the parameter indicators of the unit have been normal and stable. The project successfully passed the project acceptance on May 29. Under the actual measurement, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 34.1%, far exceeding the 30.7% assessment indicator agreed in the contract.

Under the same working conditions, the unit's operating vapor consumption before the transformation was 10.3kg/kw.h, the unit's operating vapor consumption after the transformation was 6.78kg/kw.h, and the energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing electricity reached 4312.5kw/h, and the electricity bill was 0.37 yuan/kw.h. It can create energy-saving and economic benefits of 11.967 million yuan per year, and the annual consumption of standard coal can be saved up to 9,703 tons, and the annual carbon oxygen compounds and dust emissions can be reduced by 32,246 tons.
