At 11:18 on May 19, 2022, our company fully invested and implemented the contract energy management project of Shanxi Senze Coal and Aluminum Group's 12MW backpressure 1# unit energy-saving technology transformation and efficiency improvement contract energy management project in Shanxi Senze Coal and Aluminum Group, which was successfully connected to the grid to produce electricity through the contract energy management model. All technical indicators of the unit reached the design value and operated normally and stably.

The original unit of the project is operated in a long-term variable working condition, with low efficiency and high steam consumption, which directly affects the economic benefits of power generation. Through our professional technology, we have equipped high-efficiency energy-saving machines, optimized flow structure, and upgraded auxiliary systems such as electric regulation to improve the working capacity of the unit under the same working conditions. After the implementation of our energy-saving technology transformation, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio of the project can reach more than 30.7%, and the energy-saving power is no less than 3847kw/h. It can create direct economic benefits of more than 15 million yuan per year, and it can reduce the consumption of standard coal by more than 10,000 tons and emissions of more than 36,000 tons of carbon and oxygen compounds and dust, which has significant economic and social benefits.
