Shandong Xinlong Group's 55MW steam turbine 4# unit technical transformation and efficiency improvement project successfully passed the project acceptance and energy saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 7.72% far exceeding the contract agreement

Our Anhui Yuteshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., undertakes the technical transformation and efficiency improvement project of Shandong Xinlong Group's 55MW steam turbine 4# unit flow structure. Since it was successfully connected to the grid on one-time start-up on March 25, 2022, it has been successfully operated for 42 days, and all the parameter indicators of the unit are normal and stable. The project successfully passed the project acceptance recently. Under the actual test conditions, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 7.72%, far exceeding the 5% assessment indicator agreed in the contract. At the same time, the contract stipulates that the renovation period is 35 days, and the actual completion is 32 days, saving three days.

After the unit renovation, under the same 50MW electric load conditions, the energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing electricity reached 3860kw/h, and the annual operation was 8,000 hours, and the electricity bill was 0.5 yuan/kw.h. It can create an annual energy-saving economic benefit of 15.44 million yuan, and annual standard coal consumption can be saved up to 10,190.4 tons, and annual carbon oxygen compounds and dust emissions can be reduced by 26,800 tons.
