Recently, the technical transformation and efficiency improvement EPC project of the 25MW extracted condensation 2# steam turbine unit 25MW extracted condensation type 2# steam turbine unit undertaken by our company successfully passed the project acceptance, and the actual energy conservation and efficiency improvement ratio was as high as 7.46%, far exceeding the 5% assessment indicator agreed in the contract. Since the start-up of the project was successfully turned on at one time on March 25, it was successfully connected to the grid to produce electricity. All technical indicators of the unit have reached the design value so far, and are operating normally and stable. With the cooperation of the owners, the brother units, etc., the entire project construction period was completed efficiently five days ahead of schedule. After 168 hours of aging operation, combined with the comparison of operating parameters under the same working conditions before and after the transformation, the comprehensive energy-saving efficiency ratio reached 7.46%. According to the 29MW load, 2163kw.h of energy-saving electricity can be generated per hour, and 8,000 hours of annual operation can be calculated. The annual energy-saving economic benefits can be created up to 8.652 million yuan, 5,710 tons of standard coal consumption can be reduced annually, and 15,417 tons of carbon and oxygen compounds and dust emissions can be reduced. The economic and social benefits of the project are very significant.
