At 22:28 on February 6, 2022, our company's Shanxi Zhongyuan-Saving 25MW extracted condensation turbine unit renovation and efficiency improvement project was successfully connected to the grid to produce electricity, and all operating parameters of the unit met the design standards.

The project is to transform the imported units from the UK, increase capacity and energy saving technology to improve efficiency. By equipping with new rotor assembly, partition and other auxiliary components, the flow structure is optimized, and the steam extraction and functional capacity is enhanced, so that the unit can meet the operating needs of variable working conditions, maximize the operating efficiency, and achieve energy-saving and economic benefits.

This project is a joint cooperation between our company and users and outsourced units, effectively cooperated, overcome practical difficulties such as short construction periods, heavy tasks, and impact of the Spring Festival holiday, and fought for the construction period. The entire set was shipped before the festival on January 29, and the installation and commissioning was completed by working overtime during the Spring Festival holiday.
