The technical transformation and efficiency improvement project of Anbei Coal and Electricity Group 2# steam turbine passed the energy conservation acceptance, and the technical transformation work of the 1# unit officially started.

The East China Power Experimental Research Institute, which has the national first-level professional qualification, China Datang Group Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., has compared the actual operating parameters before the unit transformation, and the steam consumption value of the pure condensation operating conditions is 5.14kg/kw.h, and the steam consumption value of the pure condensation operating conditions after the transformation is 4.58kg/kw.h. Under the same operating conditions, the steam consumption value decreases by 0.56kg/kw.h, and the decline is 10.91%. According to the conditions of the original unit 12MW of the same operating conditions, the energy saving and efficiency improvement can be achieved at 1309.2kw/h. Calculated for 7,500 hours of annual operation, the annual energy saving and economic benefits of 4.9 million yuan can be achieved, and both energy saving and social benefits are very significant.

The owner is very satisfied with the energy-saving effect and construction quality of unit 2# implemented by our company's careful technical transformation. He asked our company to implement unit 1# as soon as possible. On January 20, 2019, our company organized engineering management and technicians to dismantle unit 1#. It is expected that the goods can be shipped to the project owner's office in early March 2019 for installation and commissioning, and will be successfully shipped before the end of March.

The successful implementation of the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement of the flow structure of two 12MW 12MW extracted condensation turbine generator sets in this project marks the further inspection of our company's patented technology and innovation outside the contract energy management benefit-sharing business model.
