At 15:50 pm on April 4, 2019, the 1# steam turbine generator set technical transformation and efficiency improvement project of Suzhou Chuangyuan Power Generation Co., Ltd., implemented by our company, was successfully connected to the grid to generate electricity. Our company will provide full advance funding for this project, undertake the implementation of all process technology route transformation, andThe 12MW condensation turbine unit (model C12-4.9/0.98//470) has been thermally optimized, and the two cylinder structures in front and rear are newly added, the 6-level pressure level is added, the original 2-level pressure level is replaced, and relevant auxiliary structures are adapted. At the same time, the auxiliary machine and the condensation system are inspected and optimized, and the historical problems of large vibrations in the original unit, steam leakage in the sectional surfaces in the cylinder block, and poor start-up are solved.After comparison of the steam consumption value of the unit under the same working conditions before and after the transformation, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reached more than 14%, the energy-saving power reached more than 1680kw/h, and the annual energy-saving economic benefits reached more than 6.3 million yuan. The direct economic and social benefits of the project are both significant.

During the implementation of the project transformation, our company's management and technical personnel, together with the owner's on-site cooperation personnel and third-party service units, worked together and closely cooperated.On March 17, 2019, the equipment was released and unloaded. It took only a short 19 days to complete the grid-connected power generation time, creating a record of the installation and debugging cycle of our company's new similar transformation projects.
