This project was carried out by our company to implement comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement on the flow structure of two 12MW extracted condensation steam turbine generator sets. After professional testing by a third-party national first-level professional appraisal qualification - China Datang Electric Power Design Institute, a test report and conclusion were issued. It was determined that the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement ratio of unit 1# reached 11.58% and the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement ratio of unit 2# reached 10.91%. Its energy-saving effects, economic benefits and social benefits are both very significant.

According to Chuangyuan Company, after the unit renovation, in the same season and months, under the same benchmark conditions of the same furnace and one machine, the daily power generation of two machine levels is about 80,000 kw.h, that is, a single unit can create energy-saving power of 1666kw.h per hour, bringing huge economic benefits to users' production efficiency.
