  On August 6, 2017, the Chaohu Wanwei Hi-Tech 12MW pumped back steam turbine generator set operation and operation led by our company was successfully started and rotated successfully at one time, the unit operation was safe and stable, and all kinds of technical indicators met the design and use parameters.
This unit is manufactured by a large steam turbine factory in Qingdao. After professional analysis by our company, the unit has a high vapor consumption value and low efficiency due to design reasons. The comprehensive analysis reasons are as follows:
1. The manufacturer's core R&D technology has not been updated and upgraded for decades. The unit flow structure design results in fewer working pressure levels, and the gas seal structure is too simple, which leads to high gas consumption value due to design reasons.
2. The structural layout before the unit steam extraction port is designed according to the steam extraction conditions. The steam extraction conditions do not operate due to the changes in the production process of Fangfang, and only work in pure backpressure conditions. This flow arrangement and actual operation form energy waste, steam cannot do sufficient work, and the unit efficiency is greatly reduced.
3. The unit has been operating for 14 years so far. Each component is prone to aging, the power is prone to attenuation, the equipment flow is severely aging, and the gas consumption is large, which is another reason for the low power generation efficiency.
Conclusion: The actual operating steam consumption of the unit is high and wasteful, which affects the direct economic benefits of power generation. There is considerable space for energy conservation and potential tapping, and a technical transformation and efficiency operation platform with a contract energy management model.
Before the current unit operation and transformation, the power generation is 6060kw/h under the rated working conditions and the steam consumption value is 13.2kg/kw.h. After our company's technical equipment and transformation implementation, the original unit flow structure has been transformed and improved efficiency. The current power generation is 7023kw/h under the rated working conditions and the steam consumption value is 11.39kg/kw.h. Energy saving (multi-power generation under the same working conditions) is increased by 13.7%, and the multi-power generation is 963kw/h. It can create economic benefits of RMB 3.85 million in annually, and 19.27 million can be created within five years of the contract period.
On September 23, 2017, the project passed the engineering energy conservation acceptance work at one time, and the actual operating gas consumption value was far lower than the design value, so the energy conservation was greatly improved. The project successfully entered the contract energy management benefit sharing period. During this period, our company is still responsible for the maintenance, maintenance, minor repairs, and other maintenance of the unit.
