The steam turbine generator set after the transformation and efficiency improvement of our company will increase the comprehensive efficiency by 7-12% under the same working conditions according to different models and under the same working conditions, and the energy-saving effect will be obvious. Taking the installed power of 20,000kw unit as an example, the efficiency will be improved by 7%, that is, the energy-saving power will not be less than 1,400kw/h, the annual operation will be 8,000 hours, and the annual energy-saving power will be 11.2 million kilowatt-hours. Calculated at the electricity bill of 0.5 yuan/kw.h, the annual energy-saving efficiency will be 5.6 million yuan. At the same time, energy conservation and emission reduction have been achieved, and the social benefits of the project are significant.
