On July 2, 2018, our company Anhui Yuteshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement EPC project of two 12MW extracted condensation steam turbine generator sets in the Qidong Coal Sludge Ganggu Power Plant of Anhui North Coal Power Group, with a contract amount of 9.68 million yuan.

This project is aimed at the original secondary high temperature and secondary high pressure, condensation model, and installed power12MW, the generator installed power is 15MW, the unit model C12-4.9/0.981//470, and the two steam turbine generator sets are mainly for technical transformation and efficiency improvement, supplemented by comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement of steam condensation system, DEH electro-hydraulic regulation system, cooling system, circulating water system, and generator system.

Under the pure condensation conditions of the original unit, the steam consumption value is5.1kg/kw.h. After the implementation of our company's comprehensive technical transformation, the steam consumption value can actually be reduced to below 4.3kg/kw.h. The working steam can be saved for every 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity production, and the energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing ratio is 15.69%, the energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing power is 1882kw/h, and the annual energy-saving and economic benefits are 7.5 million yuan per unit. After the transformation and implementation, the two units can generate a total of 15 million yuan in energy-saving and economic benefits per unit.

The current project construction is progressing smoothly, the circulation transformation design has been completed, and the production reserve work is in progress in an orderly manner; the condensation system, cooling system, circulating water system,The DEH electro-hydraulic regulation system has been identified as a safe third-party service unit and has carried out out-of-commission transformation implementation; the renovation site demolition, transportation, installation, debugging and other work have been completed in detail, and the operating conditions are met and the hardware environment is matched.

At the same time, the policy procedures for project technical transformation filing have been approved by Suzhou Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and the "Project Filing" procedures have been successfully obtained. The project planThe machine was shut down on September 10, 2018 for demolition preparations, the demolition was completed on September 17, the installation conditions were met before October 8, the startup conditions were met on October 23, and the technical transformation and maintenance of other auxiliary systems were completed simultaneously on October 25, and the power was officially started.
