This project is an EMC project for the comprehensive utilization of waste heat and waste pressure generation of an EMC project for the company's current temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, and is built into an internal self-produced power plant of the owner. The power production is directly used for the owner's production or lighting. The initial negotiation contract period of the project is seven years, including the construction period of five months, and the operating income period is six years and four months. The daily operation and other work are managed simultaneously by the energy-using unit and another backpressure turbine. After the contract is over, the investor will hand over the entire power plant facility to the energy-using unit (owner) for free. The designed service life of this waste heat power plant is 30 years, and the owner will enjoy the energy-saving benefits of electricity production for a long time. During the power station contract period, the investor and the energy-using unit share the economic benefits of the project's electricity production in proportion. This project plans to replace the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device with a 3MW backpressure turbine, so as to achieve waste heat and waste pressure recovery and comprehensive utilization of power generation, while ensuring the stability of steam for subsequent production processes.
The construction of this waste heat and waste pressure comprehensive utilization contract energy management power generation project, making full use of the unnecessary heat energy consumption of the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, newly installed steam turbine equipment, equipped with backpressure turbine power generation back for production needs. The energy-saving effect and economic benefits are significant, in line with the relevant policies of the state and Anhui Province on energy conservation and comprehensive utilization of resources, and are energy-saving and emission reduction and waste heat utilization projects, and are in line with the national policy for the development of distributed energy support; the products produced in this project, electricity, are all used for power consumption units in factories, and after completion, they can reduce part of the production costs and improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise; after completion, the project's economic benefits are significant, and the return on investment is very considerable; the equipment provider of this project can ensure the technical parameters of the equipment, ensure stability and reliability, and the project risks are controllable.
At present, the project construction is in order, and the positioning and debugging of steam turbines and generators and the installation and installation of control systems are being carried out.
The project has completed all relevant procedures. Including project establishment, filing, environmental impact assessment, grid connection, etc., it is expected to be officially connected to grid power generation by the end of September. This project is the first case of a comprehensive utilization power generation project for chemical enterprises in Anhui Province that is constructed in the contract energy management model.
