It replaces the original temperature reduction and pressure reduction device with an efficient backpressure small and micro steam turbine generator set, and builds it into the owner's own power station system, comprehensively utilizes waste heat and waste pressure to convert energy, produce clean electricity, and is all for lighting or production consumption by the owner.

The project construction period is five months and the project contract period is 6.3 years. During the construction period, our company's management and technical personnel carry forward the wisdom of the group, work together, establish the determination to overcome difficulties, solve multiple technical problems, overcome multiple technical transformation barriers, successfully complete the entire construction of the project, and pass the safety acceptance of the safety supervision department. During the project promotion process, three new utility patents have been formed, and the application has been successfully implemented.

Our company is responsible for the implementation and operation of this project throughout the process, including feasibility study, technical adjustment, project establishment, filing, investment, construction, operation, environmental impact assessment, safety assessment and related legal procedures. The successful one-time rotation of the unit and the smooth grid-connected power generation further confirm that our company has a good control and implementation level of the overall project operation.

The annual power generation of the project is 14 million kilowatt-hours. While generating significant energy-saving benefits, it reduces standard coal consumption and carbon emissions, achieves win-win results for all parties in cooperation, and responds to the current national and provincial and municipal calls on building an "intensive, economical, environmentally friendly society" and "energy-saving and emission-reduction, low-carbon economy", reflecting the social responsibility of the enterprise.
