At 12:38 noon on December 12, 2015, our company's Anhui YuThe energy management project of Jinmei Chemical 10MW high backpressure turbine replacement contract, participated and led by Teshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully started and rotated at one time. After the smooth steam and grid connection, all technical indicators exceeded the design standards.

The total investment of the project is RMB 13 million, operating in a contract energy management benefit-sharing model, replacing the original high-energy-consuming backpressure turbine B8-9.06/5.02 unit with a high-efficiency high-backpressure turbine B10-9.06/5.02 unit. The original generator, supporting auxiliary machines, ground foundations and electronic control systems remain unchanged, and only the entire turbine is replaced.

Our company conducted professional comprehensive research and analysis of the original high-energy-consuming unit, and formed a diagnostic conclusion: it is a traditional high-energy-consuming model. During the work process, due to the design reasons, the unit pressure stage is small, the steam seal leaks seriously, and the unit structure is simple and bulky. The steam leakage reaches 19T/H at the steam inlet of 257T/H, and the steam cannot do sufficient work, and the heat energy is seriously wasted, and the internal efficiency is quite low. This is the main reason for the power generation of only 6300KW/H.

Our company has equipped high-efficiency and energy-saving models, and comprehensive control means such as adding two-stage pressure levels, changing the original steam seal structure, and reducing the working gap, improving the efficiency of the whole machine by 51% compared with the original machine. Under the same working conditions, the power generation of high-efficiency units is 9,800KW/H, which is 8,000 hours a year, and the electricity bill is 0.5 yuan/KWH, which can generate an annual energy-saving benefit of 14 million yuan.

In addition to directly enjoying considerable energy-saving benefits, the project also reduces standard coal consumption by about 10,080 tons, reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 26,208 tons, reduces dust by 100 tons, and reduces emissions of various extreme harmful gases by 170 tons.

Our company has been conducting 18 months from the follow-up process to the successful reversal of the project. After many business docking and technical exchanges, the project contract was successfully signed and the original delivery period was reduced by 7 months. During the six-month renovation of the project, our company's management, technology, installation and commissioning personnel worked together to overcome difficulties, and won high praise and affirmation from the partners with an honest service attitude and full technical confidence.

The project contract period is five years, and the energy-saving benefits will be shared with the owner during the contract period. After the contract expires, the efficient unit will be handed over to the owner for free. The designed service life of the efficient unit can reach 30 years. The owner will enjoy the energy-saving benefits for a long time, achieving a win-win cooperation, reflecting the social responsibility of the enterprise.

This project is the first case in Anhui Province and has an industry demonstration effect.
