The construction of comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement technical service project of the 60MW double-enhanced condensation turbine flow structure of Luli Group in China is progressing smoothly

In late August 2019, after long-term follow-up and customer trust, Anhui Yuteshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement technical service project of the 60MW double-extraction condensation turbine unit flow structure of Luli Group Co., Ltd., with a contract amount of more than 10 million yuan, and our company will implement the technical transformation and efficiency improvement through technical services in the form of technical services.

Luli Group is a joint-stock group enterprise integrating comprehensive and diversified development such as steel, wood industry, papermaking, etc., ranking 267th on the top 500 private enterprises in China in 2019. The company currently has a 60MW double-coagulation steam turbine generator set with a comprehensive utilization of blast furnace gas resources. The assembly power is 50MW and the generator is equipped with 60MW. It operates at a stable electric load of about 55MW in daily life. High-voltage and low-voltage steam extraction is used for external heating. The residual vapor condenses and generates electricity.

The project plans to implement comprehensive technical transformation plans such as comprehensive optimization design of the original unit flow structure, replacement of core parts, and upgrading of system supporting facilities. After the transformation, the energy saving and efficiency improvement of electricity will not be less than 2,000kw/h under the same rated working conditions, and the annual economic benefits will not be less than 8 million yuan. The energy saving and social benefits of the project are very significant.

At present, all the project construction work is progressing smoothly. The design work of the flow structure transformation, blades, partitions and other outsourced components are being produced and processed in an orderly manner. The unit vapor consumption value measurement work has been completed before the transformation. It is planned to carry out the unit demolition and return to the factory inspection and transformation implementation in the near future. It is planned to meet the conditions for start-up before December 20, and successfully debugged at one time, and be connected to the grid to produce electricity.

This project has the distinctive characteristics of large installed power, high technical content and strong industry influence. The entire company must attach great importance to it.
