Good news——The construction of the comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement technical service project of Shandong Xinlong Group’s 55MW extracted condensation turbine flow structure is progressing smoothly

The company has a 55MW extracted condensation steam turbine generator set with a comprehensive utilization of heat and power resources. The assembly power is 55MW and the generator is equipped with 60MW. It operates at a stable electric load of about 50MW in daily life. The extracted steam is used for external heating needs for people's livelihood, and the residual vapor condenses and generates electricity.

The project plans to implement comprehensive technical transformation plans such as comprehensive optimization design of the original unit flow structure, replacement of core parts, and upgrading of system supporting facilities. After the transformation, the energy saving and efficiency improvement of electricity will not be less than 2500kw/h under the same rated working conditions, and the annual economic benefits will not be less than 10 million yuan. At present, all the project construction work is progressing smoothly. The design work of the flow structure transformation, the outsourced components such as blades and partitions are being produced and processed in an orderly manner. We are preparing to carry out unit removal and return to the factory after the holiday. We plan to meet the conditions for start-up in April 2021, and successfully debugged at one time, and grid-connected power generation.
