The owner of this project currently has a 7.5MW high-temperature and high-pressure backpressure steam turbine generator set, model: B7.5-8.83/6.5∥535, the inlet pressure reaches 92 kg and the back-pressure exhaust pressure reaches 65 kg. Its high back pressure, flow and other parameters are rare in domestic industry models, and the design and production indicator requirements are very high.

Since the turbine was put into production earlier, the flow structure is relatively simple and the efficiency is low, the actual steam consumption value of the turbine is high. Our company efficiently transforms the steam turbine to improve operating efficiency and reduce steam consumption, so that the unit can produce more force, do more work, and generate more power while consuming the same amount of steam, creating energy-saving benefits.

After the implementation of the energy-saving transformation and efficiency improvement of our company, under the same working conditions, the unit's operating vapor consumption value before the transformation is about 93kg/kw.h, the power generation is about 3870kw/h, the energy-saving transformation's gas consumption value target is about 48.5kg/kw.h, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reaches 47.85%, the energy-saving power is 3552kw/h, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours, and the electricity price is 0.5 yuan/kw.h. The annual energy-saving economic benefits are no less than 14.208 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are both considerable.

At present, all project construction work has been carried out quickly, and the cylinders, rotors, partitions, blades and other parts have begun to be produced and processed. It is expected that the energy-saving transformation project will be completed and connected to the grid to produce electricity, reflecting the energy-saving economic and social benefits of the project.
