By implementing the technical transformation and efficiency improvement of the unit flow structure, the steam consumption value was successfully reduced from 4.620kg/kw.h to 4.097kg/kw.h under the same working conditions of the original unit, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 11.32%, the energy-saving power per hour is not low by 1800kw/h, and the annual energy-saving economic benefits are not less than 7.2 million yuan. The project was completed on July 18, 2018, and it was successfully started and connected to the grid, and it has been operating stably. This project was successfully selected as the "2019 National Industrial Energy-Saving Technology Equipment Recommended Catalog, Cases and Guidelines" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in October 2019, which is of great benchmark demonstration significance!

This year is the three-year overhaul maintenance period for the project. Our company organized a capable technical construction force in accordance with the contract agreement, in combination with the system maintenance of Fuhai Company. It started on April 10, 2021 and ended on May 4, and lasted a total of 24 days. The 20MW steam turbine generator set was subject to system overhaul, including cylinder opening inspection, rotor cleaning and dynamic balance test, steam seal replacement, generator and auxiliary machine maintenance and other work, and was completed together to present a gift for the May Fourth Youth Day.
