On the morning of October 12, 2020, the company successfully signed the 12MW power generation project of Tianqing Coal Chemical waste heat and waste pressure resources of the top 500 Jinmei Group in China.

Jinmei Group is the first-line series of China's top 500 first-line, state-owned, and is the largest coal chemical and coalbed methane extraction and utilization enterprise in the country. Tianqing Coal Chemical is its wholly-owned subsidiary, located in Ziling Town, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. It has a total investment of 4 billion yuan. It mainly engages in coal chemical products such as liquid ammonia, urea, coal-to-gas, etc. It is a major taxpayer in Jiaozuo City and a star enterprise in Henan Province, with a rapid development momentum.

This project uses the owner's existing waste heat and waste pressure resources to fully utilize the low-pressure rich steam (0.7MPa, 230℃, 75t/h) generated during the production process for comprehensive resource recycling and utilization. A set of 12MW high-efficiency low-pressure condensation steam turbine generator set is used to produce electricity through work, and the condensate is recovered for recycling.

All power generation of the unit is used for production and use by the owner. It is built into the owner's own power station, connected to the grid and does not access the Internet. It belongs to the category of distributed energy projects for comprehensive resource utilization. After the project is completed, the annual power generation is 96 million kilowatt-hours, the direct economic benefits reach 48 million yuan, the annual coal consumption is saved 18,800 tons, and the carbon dust emissions are reduced by more than 120,000 tons. The economic and social benefits of the project are very significant.
