Good news——Shandong Xinlong Group’s 55MW extracted condensation turbine generator set flow transformation energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing EPC project successfully passed the project acceptance

The energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio in this project contract is 4%, the actual measurement is 7.3%, the construction period is 45 days, and the actual completion is 36 days. The energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio is much higher than the contractual indicators, and the actual construction period is much lower than the contractual period.

Based on the basic load of the unit, the annual operation is 50MW, and the electricity bill per kilowatt-hour is 0.5 yuan. The annual power generation of the project is 29.2 million kilowatt-hour, the direct energy-saving efficiency reaches 14.6 million yuan, the annual standard coal consumption is reduced by 9,636 tons, and the annual emissions of carbon and oxygen compounds and dust reach more than 29,000 tons. The energy-saving economic and social benefits of the project are very significant.

With the cooperation of the owner, technical supporting parties, installation units and other parties, all the work of this project was successfully completed and received high evaluation and recognition from the owner.
