Careful deployment and play the role of the "main force" of thermal power generation in winter heating

Thermal power generation is the mainstay of winter power supply and heat supply. Guotou Group's thermal power enterprises have fought a "active battle" through scientific coordination and advance planning.

As an important power and heat source in Tianjin, Tianjin Guotou Jinneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotou Northern Xinjiang") organized various departments in advance to formulate detailed suppression test plans, clarify test steps, safety measures and emergency treatment plans, timely discover and deal with potential hidden dangers, and monitor key data such as supply, return water pressure and water replenishment in real time. At present, all external heat network systems have been put into operation.

Guangxi's largest thermal power plant, Guotou Qinzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangtu Qinzhou Power Generation"), has launched a special project for low-temperature, anti-freeze and power maintenance, with fine management, precise temperature control, and maintaining the optimal operation of the equipment. Focus on inspecting system pipelines, valves and flanges, especially dangerous sources such as urea gas, hydrogen gas, acid and alkali pipes, and prevent leakage accidents caused by sudden temperature changes. At the same time, we should pay close attention to the meteorological conditions, adjust the unit working conditions in a timely manner, strictly implement anti-freeze technical measures, and ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity and heat.

The two important power support points in Fujian Province - Putian Guotou Genting Meizhouwan Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotou Meizhouwan Power") and Xiamen Huaxia International Power Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotou Group Huaxia Power") resolutely fulfill the supply guarantee responsibilities of central enterprises and do their best to ensure power supply this winter and next spring. Do a good job in coal procurement and coal storage safety management. Since December, China Investment Group Huaxia Electric Power has maintained an average daily winter coal storage inventory of 200,000 tons, consolidating the guarantee of "food rations"; Guotou Meizhou Bay Electric Power combines hidden danger investigation and control with anti-violations and peak-to-peak winter safety inspections and other work to keep the unit in the best operating state and give full play to the "peak shaving" function of thermal power.

Guotou Panjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guitou Panjiang") located in Guizhou Province, uses the internationally leading large-scale coal sludge mixed technology to turn coal sludge and coal gangue into power generation fuel. In order to ensure the burning of coal slime in winter, Guotou Panjiang Power Plant independently developed a high-frequency fluttering coal slime screening machine, which improved the stability of the pulping system and avoided the shutdown of the paste pump due to low material levels. It is estimated that this innovation can add 180,000 tons of coal slime per year, which not only ensures the stability of power supply in winter, but also improves the economic value of burning. The coal slime mixed efficiency is estimated to be 60 yuan per ton, and the economic benefit of burning is 10.8 million yuan. This innovation can generate 12.194 million yuan of economic benefits for the plant every year.

Joint efforts to play the role of the "new force" of clean energy

Guotou Group Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotou Group Yalong River Company") will continue to do a good job in the safety production of electricity in the basin. The Yalong River Basin Water and Wind Light Integrated Base has a power generation capacity of nearly 21 million kilowatts. The Yalong River Lianghekou Reservoir, the largest reservoir in Sichuan Province, was fully charged for the first time in late October. The Yalong River Basin has the top three reservoirs in Sichuan Province, with a current adjustable water volume of 13.3 billion cubic meters. By leveraging the advantages of "one river" joint scheduling, it can provide strong support for the peak winter.

Guotou Group Yalong River Company has put into production of 7 large power stations and multiple wind and solar new energy power stations. The operation duty personnel carried out equipment inspections in a solid manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit equipment. The on-duty personnel of the Yalong River Basin Central Control Center are on duty, and are on duty in 24 hours a day, strengthen emergency management and risk monitoring and early warning, continue to predict the meteorological and water conditions of the river basin, carry out joint optimization and scheduling of the river basin and dynamic optimization maintenance, and meet the power supply needs to the greatest extent.
