In recent years, steel-concrete towers have been widely used with their technological achievability and economical advantages and have entered a stage of rapid development. As an important part of wind power generation, the quality of steel-concrete towers is directly related to the operating efficiency and safety of the wind farm, but some enterprises have not yet formed the integration capabilities of design, production and construction. The rapid growth of the industry has also given rise to many industry chaos, such as management, "guerrilla tactics", low-price competition and other phenomena. Industry and enterprises urgently need to face up to the problems and work together to prevent the risks and hidden dangers faced by the industry in the process of rapid development.
Steel-concrete tower has strong systemicity, low integration, and dispersed risks and hidden dangers
Since the first mixed tower crane in China was lifted in 2013, the industrialization process of the domestic mixed tower industry has not been long and the industrial chain is insufficient. Compared with traditional towers, steel-concrete towers are a multi-disciplinary and comprehensive industrial product system, and are a comprehensive equipment system covering multiple categories and interdisciplinary disciplines such as concrete technology, prefabricated assembly systems, unit power response, prestressing systems, and electromechanical equipment coupling.
The quality risks are scattered in all links of the industrial chain: First, the design of mixed towers is difficult and the standard system is immature; Second, the quality control standards of raw materials are high, and the core raw material concrete also has regional properties, which can easily lead to uneven concrete quality; Third, the prestress system is complex, and requires comprehensive and professional considerations in material control, design points, process matching and implementation; Fourth, the level of production automation is insufficient, relying on labor, superimposed training and supervision and management are not in place, and the lack of effective quality control means in the production process may lead to unstable product quality; Fifth, there are many on-site construction processes, which require multiple processes such as assembly, grouting, slurry, and prestress tensioning, with more control points and more inspections. Therefore, the requirements for quality control of mixed towers are more complex, which requires productive control and significant characteristics of engineering organization, so the quality risks and hidden dangers are more scattered.
Industrial chain coordination, take multiple measures to improve quality

Standardization of the standard system. In light of China's national conditions, we will select a material system with a large amount of experience, practice and standardized basis, and work together to establish a unified engineering acceptance standard to ultimately achieve a highly applicable and standardized standard system.
Basic materials innovation. Through collaborative innovation in the industrial chain, we will explore the application of new materials in various aspects and levels such as concrete, steel, and adhesives, and promote quality progress through material innovation.
Production automation applications. Innovatively apply hybrid tower manufacturing automation technology, such as pilot automated mold processing, "face collection robot" and other automation technologies. By using equipment that combines automation technology and processes, we can improve production efficiency, reduce manual dependence, reduce production errors and scrap rates, and improve product delivery quality.
AI intelligent detection. By combining advanced technologies such as deep learning, machine vision, and artificial intelligence, we will pilot intelligent inspection and inspection of mixed towers during manufacturing and on-site construction, thereby improving factory inspection accuracy and improving on-site construction quality.
Quality data link construction. Establish data standards and industrial chain data sharing platform, realize the construction of steel-concrete tower quality data chain through the industrial chain collaboration, integrate upstream and downstream resources, form a complete data collection, analysis and application mechanism, continuously optimize quality management processes, improve industrial chain efficiency, and improve the quality of mixed tower products.
