Remarkable results in industrial energy conservation and environmental protection promotion

In August 2016, the Provincial Economic and Information Commission and the Maanshan Municipal Government jointly held the 2016 Anhui Province Industrial Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection New Technologies, New Products and New Equipment Promotion Conference. This is the five consecutive years since 2012 that the Provincial Economic and Information Commission has built a platform to carry out large-scale promotion activities. About 300 key energy-consuming enterprises and more than 80 industrial energy-saving and environmental protection technology providers in the province conducted full connection and exchanges on their respective needs and concerns at the meeting, and representatives of participating enterprises responded enthusiastically.

Unlike previous promotion meetings, in addition to traditional on-site displays and conference exchanges, the "Anhui Province Industrial Energy-Saving and Environmental Protection Products Technology Online Docking Platform" made a brilliant debut, marking the never-ending online "Industrial Energy-Saving and Environmental Protection New Technologies, New Products and New Equipment Promotion Conference" of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission has since begun.

Over the past month, the promotion meeting has been held, and the survey of 40 energy-saving technology providers through the online docking platform for industrial energy-saving and environmentally friendly product technology has been conducted. Up to now, four technology providers, Anhui Power Source Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Jieyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Yuteshuang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Zhenkang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., have signed transformation contracts with 11 energy-consuming units and enterprises, with a total contract amount of 202 million yuan. In addition, there are 12 energy-saving transformation contracts. Energy-consuming units and technology providers are in contact. It is expected that the energy saving can reach 100,000 tons of standard coal after the contract is completed. These data fully demonstrate that the industrial energy-saving and environmentally friendly product technology docking platform focused on building by the Provincial Economic and Information Commission has played an active role and achieved remarkable results in phases.
