Debugging method for static test of steam turbine
Before performing a static test, first connect the regulating steam valve connecting rod. When connecting the regulating steam valve connecting rod, the empty stroke should be 1.7 to 1.8mm. Specific operation method: First place a magnetic meter seat on the fixed bracket, and the dial meter should be punched on the regulating steam valve connecting rod connected to the tripod (as shown in the figure), and then install the link and gradually tighten it until 1.7 to 1.8mm on the dial meter shows, locking the lock nut. There is another type of regulating steam valve that does not have a linkage. You need to use a small jack to lift the regulating steam valve up to 1.7 to 1.8mm, pull the oil motor piston to the head to adjust the joint bearing, and adjust the joint bearing hole and the adjustment steam valve pin hole to penetrate the nut on the joint bearing by the pin locking.
Before the turbine performs static test, the DCS must be in a shutdown or test state. If the solenoid valve is in an operating state without electricity, the power supply of the solenoid valve must be unplugged. The steam isolation valve must be closed before performing static tests! ! ! Steps for doing static tests: 1. Turn on the electric oil pump to ensure that the high-pressure oil is between 0.75 and 0.9MPa. 2. Hang the steam turbine to block the accelerator hook. 3. Open the quick-close valve. 4. Press the 505 speed controller stop button, and press the 505 speed controller No. 2 key when the red light on the octagonal key is on. 5. Press the 505 speed controller diamond key to turn down 2 times when three appear! (The steam isolation valve must be closed!!!) Press the YES key. 6. The 505 speed governor displays min4mA. 7. Press the diamond to rebuild the 505 speed controller again and then press the diamond to rebuild the max20mA. At this time, the 505 monitor shows that the valve position opening is 0. Press the ADJ key to make the valve position opening 100%. At this time, the secondary oil pressure can be adjusted. If the secondary oil pressure is not 0.45MPa, you can adjust the adjustment knob on the right side of the electro-hydraulic converter. 8. Press the ADJ key 505 again to display the valve position opening of 0. At this time, the oil motor is in the full-close position. Adjust the secondary oil pressure to 0.15MPa, and the adjustment button is on the left side of the electro-hydraulic converter. After the secondary oil setting is completed, adjust the adjustment screw on the top of the wrong accelerator. The adjustment steam valve must be in a fully closed position and the oil motor is in a state of motion but not moving. After the adjustment is completed, the nut of the adjustment screw must be locked. Be careful to cover the protective cover of the electro-hydraulic converter after the adjustment is completed. 9. Press the 505 ADJ key to make the valve position open 100%. Adjust the feedback guide on the oil motor. Do not adjust the oil motor piston to the bottom. Make the oil motor 2 to 5mm above the bottom. If it is a medium temperature and medium pressure turbine, the oil movement should be slightly higher than the scale. After the static commissioning of the turbine is completed, the 505 speed controller is returned to 4mA, and then press the clear key (CLEAR) to exit the static test. The steam turbine is not doing static tests well, so the speed-closing valve starts to rotate as soon as it is opened. If this happens, you must re-do it static.
