China Energy Construction Anhui Power Construction Second Company undertakes the construction of the unit 3 of Dabie Mountain Power Plant steam turbine cylinder buckle

October 10th,China Energy ConstructionConstruction of Anhui Power Construction Second CompanyDabie Mountain Power PlantThe low-pressure cylinder buckle cover of the unit 3 steam turbine of the second phase 2×660 MW expansion project was completed.

The second phase expansion project of the Dabie Mountain Power Plant is located in Zhongguanyi Town, Macheng City, Hubei Province. It will build two 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units, and simultaneously build flue gas desulfurization, denitrification devices and efficient dust removal facilities. Anhui Power Construction Second Company undertakes the construction of Section 1 of the project, and the construction scope includes civil engineering projects of the main factory of Units 3 and 4, unit 3 installation projects, and some auxiliary projects. The engineering steam turbine is produced by Beizhong Alstom (Beijing) Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., with a model DKY4-4N45AU. It is a super-supercritical, single-axis, primary intermediate reheating, four-cylinder, four-emission steam, and condensing steam turbine.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the capping node target, Anhui Power Construction Second Company organized personnel to thoroughly clean and inspect and confirm the cylinder block and equipment components, and conducted safety and technical briefings on the operators. The entire capping process was safe and orderly, and was well received by the owners and supervisors.
