China Energy Construction Jiangsu Power Construction Company 3 undertakes the pouring of the foundation base plate of the Guodian Shuangwei Power Plant Unit No. 1

The project is located in Shanghai Miao Town, Etokqian Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. Two new 1,000 MW ultra-super critical indirect air cooling are built.Coal-fired generator set, and simultaneously build desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal devices. Jiangsu Power Construction Third Company is responsible for the construction and installation of Unit 1, the construction and installation of coal transportation system, the construction and installation of 500 kV boost station, and the construction of the foundation of the No. 1 intercooling tower.

The foundation base plate of the No. 1 steam turbine generator is 54.68 meters north-south, 17.1 meters east-west, and the bottom plate is 3.5 meters thick. 2,772 cubic meters of concrete are poured continuously at one time. Large-volume concrete pouring has higher requirements for construction methods, technical plans, and quality control. The on-site project department of Jiangsu Power Construction Third Company has formulated strict quality assurance measures, organized repeated verification and careful design of steel frame support systems, formwork reinforcement systems, concrete temperature control, etc., and established a quality management supervision group to strictly control the quality of pouring order and vibration methods. After 18 hours of continuous struggle, large-volume concrete pouring was successfully completed. The pouring quality and safe and civilized construction have been fully recognized by the owners and supervisors, laying a solid foundation for zero meters in the main factory of Unit 1.

The new construction project of the Guodian Shuangwei Power Plant is one of the important projects of the national "West-to-East Power Transmission", "National Air Pollution Prevention and Control" and "Coal-Power Energy Conservation, Emission Reduction and Transformation Action Plan". After the project is completed, it will effectively drive local economic and social development.
