Jenneng Steam Turbine helps Shougang International Gas and Steam Combined Circulation Power Generation Project successfully operates

Recently, Shougang International Gas and Steam Combined Circulation Power Generation Project was operating at full capacity. The project uses Mitsubishi 135MW gas turbine and Qingdao Jeneng Turbine Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingdao Jeneng) BN60-9.3/1.0 60MW steam condensation air-cooling unit.

In order to meet the requirements of rapid start of the unit, Qingdao Jieneng has conducted many discussions and demonstrations on the unit's start-up and operation mode. Combined with related technologies such as Mitsubishi, it adopts a steam inlet method with a valve management system. The steam inlet realizes automatic switching of throttling adjustment and nozzle adjustment, and successfully completes the control requirements for rapid start of the gas engine. At present, the unit is running at full capacity, everything in the system is operating normally, and the unit performance indicators are excellent.

The successful operation of this unit fills the gap in Qingdao Jieneng's rapid start-up field of high-temperature and high-pressure units, improves the core competitiveness of the product, and lays the foundation for the company to enter the field of gas-steam combined cycle.
