The reporter learned from the Dingzhou Municipal Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau that Dingzhou has built a new energy-saving domestic waste this yearIncineration power plant, construction has started a few days ago, and after the project is completed, it will be responsible for disposing of domestic waste in Dingzhou and surrounding counties and cities.

China Energy-saving Waste Incineration Power Plant Project is located in the Northern Circular Economy Demonstration Park (west side of Niudianshahe Bridge in Dingwulu), with 2 600-ton/day grate incinerators and 2 12MW condenserSteam turbine generator set, the processing scale is 1200 tons/day.

For domestic waste incineration power generation project, the storage capacity of the supporting landfill is 390,000 m? and the storage capacity of the sanitary landfill is 270,000 m?.

It is understood that the bottom and slope of the landfill adopt a double-layer lining structure; the sewage treatment area, accident emergency pool, and initial rainwater pool adopt a reinforced concrete structure, with an anti-seepage coating inside to ensure that the sewage does not leak and achieve rainwater separation. The sewage treatment adopts two treatment processes, one set of treatment of domestic waste leachate, with a treatment scale of 150m?/day; the other set of treatment of fly ash leachate, with a treatment scale of 10m/day.

In addition, the supporting landfill will also monitor garbage data in real time through the environmental monitoring system, and combine it with a large-scale green coverage of 30% of the overall area to create an environmentally friendly and green landfill.

According to reports, the China Energy Conservation Waste Incineration Power Plant project is constructed in two phases. The construction scale of the first phase of the incineration power generation project is 600 tons/day, equipped with a 600 tons/day grate incinerator and a 12MW condensation steam turbine generator set.

After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual operating time is expected to be 8,000 hours, and the total annual incineration and treatment of garbage is 219,000 tons.

At present, the first phase of the China Energy Conservation Waste Incineration Power Plant has completed the excavation of 2 meters of the floor and foundation pit support. The on-site roads and construction have been completed, the construction of the landfill project reservoir area has also been completed, and other construction work is in progress in an orderly manner.

China Energy Conservation Waste Incineration Power Plant plans to basically complete the project construction by the end of 2020.
