The ceremony was chaired by Wang Xiangyang, director of the Qi County Development and Reform Commission. Shang Pengyu, deputy director of the Kaifeng Development and Reform Commission, Xu Jinjun, vice president of Chuangchuang Environment, and Zhang Guanbin, executive vice president of Anhui Guoxin, delivered speeches and congratulations to the groundbreaking ceremony. Zhang Fucun, member of the Standing Committee of the Qi County Party Committee and Executive Vice County Mayor, announced the start of the project to lay the groundbreaking soil. Yanshen Reading: The first environmental Qi County domestic waste incineration power generation and biomass straw incineration thermoelectric integration project is located in Dongguan Village, Chengguan Town, Qi County, Henan Province, covering an area of 190 acres. Qi County domestic waste incineration power generation project is equipped with 1×600t/d domestic waste incineration furnace and 1×12MWSteam turbine generator set, the design is to process 600 tons of domestic waste per day, and provide about 78 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually; the biomass straw burning thermoelectric project designs to process about 252,000 tons of biomass straw annually, and to configure a 1×130t/h high-temperature and high-pressure biomass boiler and a 1×30MW high-temperature and high-pressure condensation turbine generator set, mainly using Qixian agricultural and forestry straw waste as fuel. After production, it can provide about 240 million kWh of green electricity per year, increasing farmers' income by more than 90 million yuan, saving more than 200,000 tons of coal burning.
