In order to ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of this buckle, the project department conducted many technical discussions and analysis with Siemens representatives, and finally formulated a complete set of buckle plans that meet the actual situation on site and meet the manufacturer's standards. The operation is strictly carried out in the established order, including a series of operation steps such as measuring the depressions of each component, installation of the expansion joint of the rotor shaft seal, acceptance of the axial positioning of the inner cylinder, acceptance of the axial positioning of the rotor, acceptance of the flow clearance (axial, radial) adjustment acceptance, acceptance of the expansion gap, installation of the temperature probe, thermal tightening of the middle-parted connecting bolts and arc length, and acceptance of the elongation. The low-pressure outer cylinder buckle process of Unit 2 steam turbine is completed smoothly and orderly.
