The performance of the contract has started well! Shandong Power Construction Xuancheng Project No. 1 Furnace was officially put into operation

During the trial operation, the equipment was running well, with the front bearing seat of the steam engine vibrating by 5.7μm, the rear bearing vibrating by 8.3μm, the remaining parameters of the turbine were excellent, the generator had a cumulative operation and generated 106MW of power, and the maximum power generation of a single furnace reached 11.9MW. The operating conditions are stable and the soda is of qualified quality. The average load of the boiler reaches 100%, the garbage incineration volume reaches 500t/d, and the reaction tower, activated carbon, lime and spray of its flue gas purification system are put into use simultaneously. During the trial operation, all employees of the project department cooperated closely with all units, worked together in unity, and with an attitude of facing difficulties and the courage to overcome difficulties, they were on duty for 24 hours, eliminated defects in a timely manner, completed all tasks during the trial operation and won the recognition of the owner and supervisor.

Next, the project department will continue to do a good job in the No. 2 furnace, strive to meet the No. 2 furnace as soon as possible, and strive to bring a successful conclusion to the full completion and commissioning of the project.
