2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. All regions and departments should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, coordinate all work during the New Year's Day and Spring Festival, and ensure that the people have a happy and peaceful festival. With the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Care for the needy and do a good job in helping and assistance.
