Gansu Company strengthens on-site inspections, comprehensively conducts a comprehensive analysis of various operating parameters of equipment before and after earthquakes, and inspects hidden dangers of important equipment, strictly implements earthquake prevention emergency measures, and resolutely ensures energy supply; strictly implements the "double duty" system of leaders leading shifts and 24-hour duty on duty, closely monitors earthquake conditions and weather changes, maintains smooth information, improves emergency response capabilities, and scientifically and effectively prevents aftershocks and possible secondary disasters.

China Huaneng

China Huaneng Huating Coal Industry Company located in Pingliang, Gansu urgently adjusted 200 tons of coal, overcame difficulties such as snow and foggy weather, road icing, and organized special personnel and vehicles to transport them to the disaster area overnight. At the same time, the company's mine rescue brigade immediately activated the emergency response mechanism, assembled 26 commanders and fighters, dispatched 4 rescue vehicles, carried more than 180 pieces (sets) of professional rescue equipment such as radar life detectors, audio life detectors, infrared thermal imagers, automatic rock drilling machines, automatic shearing and expansion pliers, and went to the earthquake-stricken areas to carry out rescue work.

Huaneng Gansu Company is the largest power and heat production enterprise in Gansu Province. It is currently actively responding to the impact of the earthquake, implementing safety production measures, closely monitoring the operation of generator sets, main and auxiliary equipment and heating pipeline networks, and conducting pull-net inspections on key areas to ensure the stable operation of the unit.

State Power Investment

The Jishixia Hydropower Station of the Yellow River Company, which is responsible for the important peak-shaving and frequency-modulation support role of the Northwest Power Grid, is only about 16 kilometers away from the epicenter. The earthquake caused all three units to trip and the Mengqing line to trip. After investigation, there were no injuries to the power station, and there were no abnormalities in the dam and hydraulic buildings. After active repairs by the station staff, at 3:10 on December 19, Unit 3 of Jishixia Power Station was safely connected to the grid, at 4:02 on December 19, Unit 2 was connected to the grid, and at 4:17 on December 19, Unit 1 was connected to the grid, and at 4:17 on December 19, the current reservoir water level was 1855.88 meters. After checking the internal and external automation system of the dam, all equipment was operating normally.

After the earthquake, Huanghe Company immediately launched a Level I response to the special earthquake disaster emergency plan and actively responded to aftershock risks. All units actively carry out post-earthquake production site inspections and aftershock risk responses, immediately check the safety hazards of on-site equipment and hydraulic buildings in each station, and make every effort to ensure the safety guarantee and risk prevention of personnel stationed in the station after the earthquake. At the same time, strengthen the monitoring of hydropower station dam data, and make every effort to ensure reliable power supply in special periods.

Qinghai Provincial Investment conducted key inspections on the equipment and facilities, power supply lines, communication systems, hydraulic buildings and other areas within 90 kilometers of the epicenter of Dahejia, Huangfeng and Kangyang Power Stations, and Western Hydropower Company equipment and facilities, power supply lines, communication systems, hydraulic buildings, etc., and made every effort to ensure safety and risk prevention for the stationed personnel after the earthquake. After a comprehensive inspection, there were no casualties in the power plant.

China Huadian

China Huadian Gansu Company immediately launched an earthquake disaster emergency plan to comprehensively prevent and control earthquake disaster risks, immediately organized an investigation of damage to employees and factory stations, focusing on pull-in inspections of booster stations, fans, lines and other equipment and facilities, and emergency prevention and treatment measures were taken for equipment and buildings with safety hazards.

At the same time, we actively maintain close contact with local governments, power grids, rescue agencies and other departments to form a working mechanism for coordinated combat.

China National Nuclear Corporation

China National Nuclear Huineng Gansu Company donated supplies to the Blue Sky Rescue Team under the Gansu Provincial Emergency Department, including 100 planned cotton jackets, 50 quilts, 20 military tents, and 20 boxes of feminine hygiene products and quick-heating rice. At the same time, Gansu company Lanzhou volunteers served 6 people and sent them to the designated material handover point of the rescue team with the materials and vehicles on the afternoon of the 19th, and assisted in the emergency rescue and disaster relief work.

In the current disaster situation, electricity supply needs to be ensured. Shaanxi Xinhua Jinwu Business Department immediately organized the on-duty personnel of each station to conduct a preliminary investigation of the safety of the station equipment and facilities and personnel through back-end monitoring, on-site inspection and other means. After dawn on the 19th, all staff were organized to conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the on-site equipment and facilities of each power station. At present, there are no abnormalities or damages in the equipment and buildings, and no casualties are found.

Shanghai Electric

On December 19, Shanghai Electric quickly contacted the Linxia Prefecture government departments and urgently prepared earthquake relief materials to rush to the affected areas of Linxia Prefecture, and fully supported the government to carry out earthquake relief.

After the earthquake, the Party Committee of Shanghai Electric Group immediately surveyed the projects and personnel situations in Gansu and Qinghai, organized relevant units in Gansu to launch emergency plans, strengthen information reports, and do their best to cooperate in earthquake relief work. In particular, we played the role of a combat fortress fortress for local project enterprises in Gansu and quickly raised rescue materials. The first batch of materials were urgently delivered to the disaster area at 22:50 on the 19th.
