The indirect air-cooling design is adopted, with an annual water consumption of about 1.46 million cubic meters. The recycled water of the first and second sewage treatment plants in Ansai District, Yan'an City is the production water source; it is designed and constructed according to ultra-low emission standards, and the discharged ash slag is fully utilized, and the Yangjiagou ash field is used as the accident turnover ash field. The total investment is about 3.53 billion yuan.
