The notice proposes that the main goal is to give full play to the driving role of the power equipment industry, and consider the achievability of the goal. Through the implementation of a series of work measures, we will stabilize the growth of the power equipment industry, and strive to achieve an average annual growth rate of the main business income of the power equipment industry from 2023 to 2024 and an average annual growth rate of industrial added value by about 9%.

Notice on the entry and exit of commercial operations of generator sets in Hunan Province (Draft for Comments)

The Hunan Energy Supervision Office recently issued an announcement on publicly soliciting opinions on the "Notice on Matters Related to the Entering and Exiting Commercial Operation of Generators in Hunan Province (Draft for Comments)" citing that the power type or independent new energy storage corresponding to the generator set has directly participated in Hunan's market-oriented power transactions (participating in market transactions only in the form of electricity matching is deemed to have not directly participated in the market-oriented transactions, the same below), and the on-grid power during the debugging and operation period shall be settled according to the average market-oriented procurement price of the same type of units in Hunan that month. Generator sets and independent new energy storage during commissioning operation, as well as generator sets that have been withdrawn from commercial operations but can still generate power online (excluding coal-fired emergency backup power supply) and independent new energy storage, the auxiliary service allocation cost is calculated based on the existing allocation standards of the same type of commercial operation units multiplied by a coefficient of 1.5.

Jinkong Power's 2×1 million kilowatt project was approved for the third phase of the Tongheat

Recently, the 2×1 million kilowatt project of Shanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. in the Tongre Phase III of Shanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. was approved by the Shanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The total dynamic investment of the project is approximately 7.915 billion yuan. The construction site is Yungang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Datong City, and two new 1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical extraction and condensation air-cooling heating units are built. The project is equipped with a 2×3249 tons/hour ultra-supercritical coal pulverized furnace, adopting a direct air-cooling system, with an annual water consumption of about 3.11 million cubic meters. The water source is the reclaimed water treated by the sewage treatment plant of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group. The insufficient part is replenished with yellow water.

All units of Datengxia Water Conservancy Hub are put into production and power generation

It is the largest axial flow pulping hydropower generator set independently developed by my country. After all units are put into production and generate power, the average annual power generation can reach 6.055 billion kWh, which is equivalent to saving 2 million tons of standard coal every year and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 6 million tons.

Signing of the Suichang Pumped Storage Power Station Project in Zhejiang Province

On September 1, China Energy Construction and Suichang County signed a contract with the Suichang Pumped Storage Power Station Project in Zhejiang Province. This project is a key implementation project for the "14th Five-Year Plan" issued by the National Energy Administration. It is located in Shilian Town, Suichang County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. It is a daily pumped storage power station with a planned installed capacity of 1,200MW and an investment of about 8 billion yuan.

Zhejiang Kecheng Pumped Storage Power Station Project was approved

On August 30, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Approval on the Approval of the Zhejiang Kecheng Pumped Storage Power Station Project", which marked the successful approval of the Kecheng Pumped Storage Power Station Project and the project entered the implementation stage. The power station is located in Qili Township, Kecheng District. It is a daily regulated pure pumped storage power station with an installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts and a planned total investment of approximately 8.072 billion yuan.

On August 31, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement for the investment and construction of Wencheng Pumped Storage Power Station Project was held. The State Energy Group Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shanxi Water Conservancy and Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., China Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Wencheng County Guotou Company signed a cooperation agreement. The power station is located in Yuhu Town, Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province, with a total installed capacity of 1,200MW. After completion, it mainly undertakes the tasks of peak shaving, valley filling, energy storage, frequency regulation, phase regulation and emergency accident backup of the Zhejiang power grid.
