Pumped storage: In 2023, it is planned to start construction of 5 pumped storage power stations and put into operation of 4 pumped storage power stations. At that time, the installed capacity of the pumped storage power station operated by the State Grid Corporation will reach 38 million kilowatts, 1.6 times the total installed capacity of the Three Gorges.

New energy: Accelerate the construction of the pilot demonstration zone for the new power system in the Northwest, roll out and improve key measures to promote the efficient use of new energy, complete the task of connecting 80 million kilowatts of new energy, and adhere to the "new water linkage".
