During the resumption of work and production, the flexible team of the Science and Technology Innovation Center has used the joint laboratory of electricity substitution technology to complete the experimental work of four typical electricity substitution equipment in Tianjin. Based on the start-up and operation characteristics of the electricity substitution equipment, it has deeply analyzed the impact of electricity substitution on the power supply capacity and equipment load level of Tianjin's power grid, and has accumulated practical experience in focusing on the analysis of the characteristics of different electricity substitution equipment and the optimization configuration of power supply schemes in typical scenarios after resumption of work and production.

In addition, the State Grid has continuously improved the price and compensation mechanism of electricity substitution, deepened research on the technology economy, service prices, subsidy policies, etc. of electricity substitution; improved the environmental protection policies for electricity substitution, promoted the introduction of support policies for alternative projects such as grain electric drying and cold chain preservation, and guided users to use electric kitchens; improved the market mechanism for electricity substitution, give full play to the role of the provincial comprehensive energy company as a market entity, and reduced the initial investment and operation costs of the project by introducing industrial funds, carrying out operating leasing, and energy custody and other market-oriented means, and promoted the implementation of the project.
