Current status of green steel enterprises

First, the number of steel companies that achieve ultra-low emissions in the entire process is limited, and most companies that have not achieved are stuck in certain key links.

Second, although the one-size-fits-all policy has been greatly reduced, this problem still exists in some areas, and the areas where a large number of staggered peak control are not implemented in place, and the practice is unscientific, and steel companies have not effectively staggered peak production based on actual conditions.

Third, the reform of the environmental protection social action system has not been completed yet, and the supervision mechanism for the whole people to participate has not been established.

Green steel companies are still in trouble

First, ultra-low emissions are difficult, and the company does not understand and transform properly. After that, it undergoes repeated acceptance and transformation, and does a lot of useless work.

Second, the areas that require winter staggered production in the "Three-Year Action Plan for Winning the Battle of Blue Sky" are Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta region, the Fenwei Plain and other areas, which involve many areas, and none of them can coordinate the actual operation and supervision of departments in all aspects. Moreover, some processes in long-process steel production cannot be interrupted or are difficult to completely stop production in a short period of time. However, there is still a comprehensive and early announcement of production plan to coordinate the production situation of each enterprise, or the current implementation plan does not conform to the actual situation and the implementation of each enterprise is not in place.

Third, there are many difficulties in supervising enterprises to implement specific implementation. The workshop is a dangerous place during steel production. Various institutions and groups can only use other auxiliary means to supervise them, which can easily lead to inadequate supervision.

Fourth, steel enterprises need a lot of funds to transform environmental protection. According to relevant institutions, a domestic advanced environmental protection level of 5 million tons of steel enterprise completed a one-time construction investment of about 2 billion yuan for ultra-low emission transformation. With subsequent maintenance costs, the overall production cost will increase accordingly, which will have a significant impact on its market competitiveness.
