In recent years, our company has renovated three steam turbine generator sets of the client through the energy performance contracting model, replacing the main bodies of the original inefficient sets with high-efficiency complete sets. The three sets are the 1# low back pressure 12MW set, the 3# high back pressure 3.4MW set and the 2# low back pressure 12MW set. The energy-saving power output of the sets has increased by more than 4,000 kW/h, 3,400 kW/h and 3,700 kW/h respectively on the basis of the original equipment. The total annual energy-saving power output has reached more than 88.8 million kWh, bringing an annual total energy-saving benefit of more than 45 million yuan. The project also achieves an annual saving of more than 26,600 tons of standard coal, an annual reduction of more than 88,500 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and an annual reduction of more than 7,450 tons of dust emissions, delivering remarkable direct energy-saving benefits and social emission reduction benefits.
