2# unit model CB2-8.83/6.5/0.785//535. This unit is produced by Wuhan Yangtze Power Steam Turbine Factory. Its production technology has not been updated and upgraded for decades. Due to the design of the flow structure, the steam consumption is already high, the steam leakage is severe, and there is no investment in the extraction of steam. It is a variable working condition, resulting in energy waste, steam cannot do sufficient work, the unit is low efficiency, easy to aging, and the power is easy to attenuate, and the steam consumption is large.

This project received a bid notice on March 19, 2025. The unit production cycle is 165 days and the installation and commissioning cycle is 40 days. The contract is planned to be signed on March 25, and the supply is supplied in mid-September and completed in late October. The actual energy conservation efficiency improvement ratio is more than 34%, and the annual energy conservation economic benefits are expected to be no less than 11.967 million yuan.
