Sanmenxia Green Energy Environmental Protection 15MW Condensing Unit Adjustable Steam Extraction Renovation Project

Our company has contracted Sanmenxia Green Energy Environmentally friendly 15MW condensing steam turbine unit, which has been transformed and adjusted, and has passed the performance inspection and acceptance. We would like to express our warm congratulations here.

The original unit model of the project is N15-3.8//390, a pure condensation machine model, which is a kind of incineration power generation for domestic waste treatment. Due to the owner's external heating demand, it is impossible to form a cascade utilization of energy, and there is energy waste, and energy conservation transformation is urgently needed.

Our company designs and transforms the flow part of the unit body to make it adjustable functions. Through the electrical automation system, the steam extraction pressure and flow rate can be flexibly adjusted to meet the external heating needs, while replacing the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, extracting steam to produce electricity through work, generating direct economic benefits.

Since this project started to produce electricity by turning on and connected to the grid on January 11, 2025, all operating indicators have normal and energy-saving effects have been significant. Under the conditions of heating supply of the same temperature and pressure reduction device and steam extraction of the unit at 30t/h, the original unit produces 7453kw/h, and the transformation produces 9660kw/h, which generates more energy-saving electricity 2207kw/h, and the energy-saving efficiency ratio reaches 30%. It is estimated that the annual energy saving can reach 8.8 million yuan, and the economic benefits are very considerable.

The construction period of this project is tight, and the owner unit requires it to be completed within 20 days to avoid affecting people's livelihood issues such as domestic waste disposal. Our company carefully organizes the production and construction progress and completes the project construction 3 days ahead of schedule.
