Jinjiang Group Sanmenxia Cayman Energy 3.15MW Urban Heating Network Circulating Water Pump Steam Back Pressure Drag Energy Saving Renovation Project

At 17:38 pm on December 20, 2022, our company undertakes the steam backpressure drag energy-saving transformation project of Sanmenxia Cayman Energy 3.15MW urban heating network circulation water pump circulating water pumps by the top 500 Jinjiang Group in China, with a general contract. The one-time start-up and rotation were successfully carried out, and the efficient steam turbine unit dragged the circulation water pumps smoothly. All performance indicators of the unit have reached the design parameters, and the operation is normal and stable, creating energy-saving benefits. I would like to express warm congratulations here.

The project is a high-efficiency backpressure steam turbine unit with an installed power of 3.15MW, a pressure of 0.85-0.95MPa, a temperature of 275-290℃, and a design pressure of 0.2MPa, a temperature of 180-200℃. It replaces the motor work, drags the circulating water pump to achieve steam pressure difference, thereby creating energy saving and efficiency.

The contract production period of this project is 75 days, and the installation and commissioning period is 25 days, totaling 100 days. During the production and installation and commissioning process, our company, together with the owner unit and various cooperative sister units, jointly overcome the impact of the epidemic, scientifically dispatch, reverse the construction period, precise control, and strive to pay attention to project design, production and production scheduling, department procurement, foundation transformation, installation and commissioning, and maintain the construction and implementation of the general contracting project on schedule, which has been highly praised by the owner unit.

The smooth start-up of this project marks another benchmark performance in the field of industrial steam back pressure drag energy saving.
