The company signed Jinjiang Group Sanmenxia Cayman (Shaan County) Energy 25MW Extracted Condensation 1# Steam Turbine Unit to Flow Energy Conservation Technology Improvement and Efficiency Improvement Technical Service Project

Recently, the company successfully signed a technical service project for the 25MW extracted condensation 1# steam turbine unit of the top 500 in China - Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Cayman (Shaan County) Energy Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd.

The 25MW extracted condensation 1# steam turbine unit currently operates in the owner unit of this project, model C25-8.83/0.981//535, has been put into production earlier, has a relatively backward technology, has a simple flow structure, has poor functional capacity, low operating efficiency, and has a large deviation from the design working conditions, resulting in a high steam consumption rate during the actual operation of the turbine and serious energy waste.

Our company has implemented comprehensive technical measures such as transforming blade lines, partitions, and steam seals to optimize the unit flow structure and improve the unit's operating efficiency. It is expected that after the transformation, the energy-saving efficiency ratio will reach more than 7%, the energy-saving power will be more than 2,000 kw/h, and the annual operation will be 8,000 hours, and the electricity price will be 0.5 yuan/kw.h, and the annual energy-saving economic benefits will not be less than 8 million yuan.

The original technical service project of the 2# unit of the owner unit was completed by the transformation and implementation of our company on March 25, 2022. The actual test and acceptance of energy conservation and efficiency improvement ratio is as high as 7.46%, far exceeding the 5% energy conservation and efficiency improvement indicator agreed in the contract. The unit has been operating safely, stable and efficiently so far, creating a continuous stream of energy conservation and emission reduction benefits. On this basis, the owner unit was inspired by our company's superb energy-saving transformation technology and excellent project implementation service level.
